Gone
You praise the sorrow,
Victorian beauty,
Your velvet pale skin denies the sun.
Your somber perfume,
The scent of darkness,
Eternally sealed, after you're gone.
A silent kiss,
Those once warm lips… are gone…
These bitter tears,
Those sweet long years… are gone…
At night she blossoms,
Lying next to me,
(Her) exposed limbs, shameless vanity.
Like paint on canvas,
The blood on her skin.
I crawl deep into her cold within.
A silent kiss,
Those once warm lips… are gone…
These bitter tears,
Those sweet long years… are gone…
You praise the sorrow,
Victorian beauty,
Your velvet pale skin denies the sun.
Your somber perfume,
The scent of darkness,
Eternally sealed, after you're gone.
A silent kiss,
Those once warm lips… are gone…
These bitter tears,
Those sweet long years… are gone…

I die, therefore I am
Why does these shadows cast over me,
Sickness and sorrow, and agony.
I fear that tomorrow will never be,
My soul is hollow, please rescue me.
I, can see the end.
I, die therefore I am.
This gloomy fortune falls lethally,
Remains of my life fade tardily.
Death comes triumphant, finality,
Embedded in your flesh, remember me.
I, can see the end.
I, die therefore I am.
Why does these shadows cast over me,
Sickness and sorrow, and agony.
I, can see the end.
I, die therefore I am.

Doom-metal.com describes the band as "Melancholic Gothic Doom, elegant and thoughtful, a post-romantic musical inner-voyage through deep and tragic feelings. Despondent, full of despair and yet organic and warm."
The name of the band means I die therefore I am in Latin, altereded a bit to resemble more Descartes’s statement (Cogito Ergo Sum).
After one year searching for the right musicians, Walter Basile joins the band as the vocalist. Originally supposed to be the drummer, it was soon
discovered that Walter could also sing, and that his ghostly voice fits perfectly in the band's concept.
Under the spring 2010 old songs were re-written to fit Walter's voice, and new ones were composed. Two of these songs are then chosen to be recorded in the band's self produced first demo, "I die, therefore I am", released on 12 September 2010.
The demo was extremely well received in the Doom Metal scene, and helped them find more members for the band, namely, Pablo Magallanes
(lead guitar) and Alexander Teklemariam (bass).
The unsucessful search for a drummer leads them to take the decision to record their newer songs with Walter on both drums and vocals. They also changed their bassist, bringing the highly experienced Harry Virtanen to take care of the bass duties, and
began immediately to work on the new material, for then start the recordings during the late summer of 2011.
Their upcoming Ep - recorded, mixed and mastered by the renowned guitarist Mike Wead - is due to be released very soon!
The line-up now is:
Walter Basile (Vocals/Drums),
Paolo Cito (Guitar),
Pablo Magallanes (Lead Guitar)
Harry Virtanen (Bass)
released September 12, 2010
Walter Basile - Vocals, drums programming
Paolo Cito - Guitars and bass
